Amazing service, and very nice and informative! I called a few different agencies with questions, and Wooee Visa was the only one that not only answered my question, but gave very helpful advice. That's when I knew I would work with them for my Chinese Tourist Visa. I had my Visa needs taken care of within a few days, and anytime there was an issue (which I caused - such as forgetting to sign a document), the folks at Wooee Visa were very helpful in guiding me to a quick solution. I would like to express my gratitude to your company and personally to you for your excellent service.You made my trip to China possible in spite of a very small time frame and a short notice.
Beside the visa you solved an additional problem such as : visa pages to my passport. Our communication was an example of any customer service: 24/7, fast respond, polite manners and giving a comfort to a worried customer as myself. On a top of it you sent my passport by Priority Overnight FedEx instead Regular Overnight to make sure I get it in time. Although it cost you more money and it was not cover by my bill.
